I finally checked out the Williams Blog, where Eric added me as part of the blogroll some time ago. I found this post by Ethan Zuckerman with a link to the creative use of puns by Chinese bloggers to get around government filters. The photo above is when the pun is taken to the next level visually in mash-up style.
